Do you have an online store?

We don’t have an online store, but we do provide photos of our product. Send us an email or give us a call to let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll be able to assist you.

 

Do you have a physical store?

If you want to witness and touch our stunning products in person, we have them in stock at Co.LAB located in Berry (97 Queen Street, Berry, NSW).

We also frequent markets throughout NSW. Check our Instagram to see which one we’ll be at next!


How do I know what’s in stock?

Unsure what’s in stock? Contact us to discuss what you’re after, we’ll most likely have a dazzling timber piece that’s just right for you.


What should I do if a product I want is sold out?

We recommend contacting us. What’s displayed on our website doesn’t always indicate what we do/don’t have in stock. We have plenty of special pieces waiting for a new home in our workshop, so fill out our contact form or give us a call!


Can I come visit the workshop to look at and buy some pieces?

You can! If you’d like to come to us to purchase a piece, you’re more than welcome, just give us a call.

 

Do you take custom orders?

We love creating your custom designs! If you’re after a phenomenal and unique piece, drop us a line to see what we can do for you.  

Can you select your own resin colour or bowl?

Yes! Our custom design option allows you to choose a resin colour and bowl/s of your choice.


Can you engrave?

Searching for the ideal wedding gift? Have a celebration coming up? We can engrave your piece to mark any occasion.


Do you make furniture?

We certainly can! Touch base with us to talk about the furniture of your dreams.


Do you post your products?

Yes, we can post within Australia! Get in touch with us if you have any further queries on delivery.


What are your products made of?

Camphor laurel is the main timber we use. With its antibacterial bodies, it also has a beautiful grain throughout it, making it the unmatched choice for our products.


How do I care for my timber piece?

Cleaning and caring for your divine product is simple! Wash it in the sink with warm soapy water and dry it off straight away.

Just remember, timber should NEVER go in the dishwasher!

 

When I use my board, the knife marks it, is this bad?

Definitely not! The knife marks add life and character to your board. It’s natural and unavoidable, as well as beautiful. It will blend over time and give your board the look of a well-loved piece.
